Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you open an account — your name, email address, telephone number and residential address — together with the identity documents and liveness images required for verification. We also record transaction details, device and browser information, and security events such as sign-ins and password changes.
Why we use it
- To open, operate and protect your wallet account.
- To satisfy identity verification, sanctions screening, anti-money-laundering and recordkeeping obligations applicable to New York digital asset businesses.
- To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorized access and abuse.
- To provide support and send service notifications.
How we share it
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with identity verification and blockchain analytics providers acting on our instructions, with professional advisers, and with regulators or law enforcement where we are legally required to do so.
Storage, security and retention
Identity documents and liveness images are stored in encrypted, access-restricted storage available only to authorized compliance staff. We retain account and transaction records for the period required by applicable law, generally at least five years after your account closes.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal retention duties. Contact us through the support page and we will respond within the timeframes required by law.
